Not long ago we were able to have friends from Michigan come down to Orlando, where we live. I called Anne and Reggie to see if their home was available for those times. What a treat. I didn't have all those people at my home to cook for, clean up after, or entertain. We just all had an enjoyable time. The house was sparkling clean, and the pool was a delight. If the circumstances come up again, I will call Anne and Reggie again for available times!

We have been renting Disney homes for about 10 years. Renting from Ann and Reggie is the only way to go. We found that large agencies that rent dozens of houses will not guarantee a house or even a neighborhood. There were several times where we did not get the neighborhood or house we thought we were going to get. When we rent from Ann and Reggie, we know exactly what house we will have and where it will be. They take care of
their own homes and everything is kept perfect, always. Their homes are in the very best neighborhoods, quiet but close to shopping and very close to Disney.

My family and I enjoyed staying in the six bedroom house. There was plenty of room for everyone to get away from each other when we wanted and to have a big gathering all together also. The heated pool was a really big hit with the kids. The character bedrooms were also a big hit with the whole family, we loved the decor. And it was nice to have all the niceties of home so that we didn't have to go out to eat for every meal. It was also great having the capability to do our laundry every day right there on site. We also liked how easy it was to get to and from the theme parks. We had a great time when we went down for the week of Thanksgiving. 
Thanks to the Ann's Orlando Villas we had an even greater time.

We have visited both locations and were entirely satisfied with each. Our most recent visit was to the six bedroom "palace" as we liked to call it. My 4 month old son loved the theme rooms as much as we did. The decor and cleanliness of these homes are top notch. All the comforts of home and so close to Disney. We drove to Disney Marketplace one day only to discover we had forgotten our stroller, we turned around and went back in a matter of minutes and were able to use a stroller they had in their storage. We also were able to save space travelling with a baby because they had a nice crib for us to use. A dream vacation for sure.

Comments: This was the first time we had rented a house for our vacation.  It will not be the last.  We really enjoyed the home. There was plenty of room for everyone.  We especially enjoyed the pool. It was nice to go swimming and have the pool all to yourself.  It was a beautiful house with all the comforts of home.  When we get ready for our next vacation, we will be back.

We stayed in the Anna Maria 6 bedroom villa during our one week visit to the Disney World in Oct. 7 thru 14th, 2001. There were 8 adults and
two small children in our party. Everyone was impressed by the luxury and comfort of their accomodations. There was plenty of privacy. Our kids loved the "Pooh" room and the private swimming pool! Reggie was a pleasure to chat with and he made some wonderful dining recommendations to us that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We have stayed at lots of beautiful hotels and condos over the years and this property is top notch. We wouldn't hesitate for a moment to book another vacation at the Anna Maria.

We loved your home and if we were ever in that area again, we would re-rent it. The only thing that we didn't like, was the alarms on the sliding doors. It made it inconvenient having to go out that little door off of the bathroom. If this is a law, then it's a law, but if it's not, you need an on-off switch. Thanks Ann for everything.

We had the pleasure of staying at one of your homes-the Charlotte from January 25-February 15, 2003.  We found the home to be just what we wanted and needed.  We were able to have our son and his family join us for one of the weeks which certainly added to our pleasure.  It was great
to enjoy the comforts of a home when you are staying for this length of time particularly when you have young children with you.  We hope to be able to do the same next year.
